The taste for authenticity and the passion for the terroirs brought Patrick Bruel and Nicolas Jaboulet together to go further in the search for excellence in the Rosé LEOS “Cuvée Augusta” wine in 2022. Taking inspiration from his white wines, Nicolas Jaboulet imagined this elegant, very pure rosé wine, of great freshness and remarkable fullness. Their common desire to seek excellence, their shared taste for a gastronomic rosé, their passion for the terroirs and their strong commitment to a more virtuous economy brought them together and allowed them to pool their know-how to develop this exceptional organic rosé.
Then comes LEOS “cuvée Augusta” white in 2023. A natural evolution of the range towards a white wine which juggles between the accuracy of the acidity, the roundness of the fat and the subtlety of the aging in wood.
The label recalls the essence of LEOS with the symbol of the Olive Tree, the starting point of this beautiful story. The rays of sunlight drawn on the glass are there to give shine to this bottle and recall this Mediterranean terroir
