The LEOS estate is a human adventure that began in 2007 in Isle sur la Sorgue, in the heart of the Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur region. On the fortified plateau of Margoye, the first inhabitants of the region took up residence in the 15th century. Thus, Patrick Bruel fell under the spell of this property and decided to undertake a major project.
Domaine de Leos is an exceptional wine and olive growing operation. Spanning 41 ha in L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, the Domaine is building a unique model of development; the ambition being to create products that are remarkable both for their quality and their uniqueness, and for the environmental and societal commitment from which they emanate.
And the projects will follow one another, with the opening in spring 2025 of a “boutique hotel” as well as a restaurant in the heart of Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, then in 2026, a new winery will emerge from the ground and will become an exceptional place for winemaking and receptions in the middle of the estate.
The geographical location of Domaine de LEOS is exceptional. It opens up a panoramic view of Mont Ventoux, the Luberon hills, and the Alpilles in the distance. The LEOS estate is in a dominant position on a 45ha plateau made up of slabs of rock, covered with limestone. Further down in the valley, the soil is nourished by alluvium. Untouched by all crops and chemical treatment, the first plantations of olive trees, truffle oaks and lavender began in 2007. The vines arrived later in 2018. The estate is currently in the process of organic certification.
