Since 2007, Patrick Bruel, who fell under the spell of this property, decided to undertake an ambitious project where the olive tree and Olive oil are the starting point of this adventure focused on the search for excellence and authenticity. Advised and shaped by great specialists, the planting of the vines follows the same requirements, and in 2022, the first bottles of rosé are produced, taking the first name of his mother Augusta.
